Ben and Jimmy live in Babinskiville, a town designed for one thing: to tickle the feet of men for the sole purpose of streaming their tickling sessions for a well paying clientele. The revenue makes the Babinski Organisation very wealthy and the money poured back into the town pays for all that the town needs. Ben and Jimmy became avid ticklers and after a gruelling session with Betty’s husband Ike, they became addicted to tickling much older men.
This tale takes place outside of Babinskiville as Ben and Jimmy decide to go for a road trip.
